Job summary

Chandler Macleod invites experienced LF/LO Operators to join a busy homewares distribution warehouse in Truganina, Victoria. If you are reliable, safety‑focused and ready to hit the ground running, this role could be for you.

You will operate LF high‑reach and counterbalance machinery as well as LO stockpickers, handle putaways, replenishment, pallet movements and bulk picking, and perform loading/unloading with RF scanning. Ongoing hours with immediate starts for the right operators.

Qualifications

• Valid LF and/or LO licence with recent experience.
• Positive attitude and teamwork.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow procedures.
• Available for ongoing work and potential overtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate LF and/or LO MHE (High Reach, Counterbalance LF, Stockpickers LO).
• Putaways, replenishment, pallet movements and bulk picking.
• Loading/unloading trucks and staging freight.
• RF scanning and basic warehouse duties as needed.
• Meet KPI targets while prioritising safety.

What you'll be doing

• Operating both LF and/or LO MHE - High Reach, Counterbalance (LF) ANDStockpickers(LO)
• Putaways, replenishment, pallet movements, and bulk picking
• Loading/unloading trucks and staging freight
• RF scanning / basic warehouse duties as needed
• Working to KPI targets while keeping safety #1

• Valid LF and / or LO licence (with confident, recent experience)
• Great attitude, punctuality, and a team-first mindset
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow processes
• Available for ongoing work (and potential overtime)
