Job summary

UGL Limited on Curtis Island is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, repair and upgrade HVAC and refrigeration systems at a critical LNG facility. You will join a high-performing maintenance team dedicated to plant reliability, safety and optimal performance.

This hands-on role requires a Dual Trade Qualification in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning with a Restricted Electrical Licence, a current Australian Driver's Licence, and at least 5 years of relevant

Qualifications

• Dual Trade Qualification in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning with Restricted Electrical Licence.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar HVAC maintenance role.
• Safety-focused with experience in permit-to-work systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration systems across a major LNG asset.
• Diagnose faults and repair HVAC equipment including pumps, motors, air handlers, fan coils and related components.
• Conduct inspections and condition assessments, identifying repair and replacement requirements.
• Support work planning activities including permits, documentation, safety processes and coordination with other trades.
