Job summary

NT Partners in Bella Vista is seeking a Level 3 Engineer / Systems Engineer to design and deliver modern Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID and Azure solutions within a hybrid work environment. You will lead cloud migrations, manage endpoints, and drive infrastructure projects while providing technical leadership and mentoring.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of MSP experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, M365, Exchange & Exchange Online.
• Experience with backup solutions and disaster recovery.
• Exposure to virtualization and hosted environments.
• Experience across servers, cloud, M365, desktops and laptops.
• Security knowledge, including Essential 8 and ISO27001.
• Basic networking knowledge, including DNS, DHCP, and baseline networking principles.

Bella Vista | Hybrid | $100- $130k plus super (based on experience)

NT Partners are currently partnering with a growing managed service provider who are looking to add additional head count to their team!

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, and Azure solutions

Lead cloud migrations, endpoint management deployments, and infrastructure projects

Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and solution guidance

Act as escalation point for hard to solve issues

What You'll Need:

3+ years of MSP experience
