The Level 1 - Service Desk Technician is responsible for provisioning PCs and provides 1st Level PC, network and server support to our external clients.

You will need to have good time management skills, be able to prioritize workloads, and exhibit a high level of initiative, thinking "outside the box" with a commitment to achieving quality results.
