Job summary

Westpac in Sydney is seeking a hands-on leader to guide Mobile and Branch lenders across ACT, driving lending growth and delivering outcomes for customers. This role is based in Sydney with travel to ACT 2-3 days per week.

You will set direction, support day-to-day performance, coach staff, and build referral networks to expand the lending pipeline. A successful candidate will have experience leading lenders in home lending, a strong client focus and the ability to thrive in a target-driven

• Experience leading lenders or sales teams in home lending or banking.
• Strong understanding of residential lending and customer needs.
• Proven ability to build and grow lending pipelines through networks and referrals.
• Ability to coach and develop individuals to lift performance.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment and delivering outcomes.

You’ll lead a team of Mobile and Branch lenders across ACT, driving lending growth and supporting them to deliver outcomes for customers. Can be based in Sydney - will need to travel to ACT 2-3 days per week.

Your focus will be on:

• Setting a clear standard for customer experience and team performance

You’ll work across the business to identify new opportunities and maintain a consistent approach to service and growth.

What do I need?

You’ll bring leadership experience in lending and be comfortable leading in a performance focused environment.

• Experience leading lenders or sales teams in home lending or banking
