Job summary

Australian Government Solicitor (AGS) in Melbourne seeks a Legal Training Manager to lead the coordination, development and delivery of training programs for internal teams and clients. You will partner with senior leaders, legal practitioners and clients to strengthen legal capability and align services with organisational priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination and management of AGS's internal and client training services.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with National Managers, lawyers and Commonwealth clients.
• Identify training and capability needs and develop innovative training solutions that align with client expectations and priorities.
• Provide strategic advice on training services, opportunities and service improvements.
• Supervise and develop training coordinators, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
