Positions Available

  • Property/ Real Estate Legal Secretary - Our client is seeking a bright personal assistant to provide high-level support to a busy Partner within a busy property team. This position is available on an ongoing basis and is open for an immediate start.
  • Corporate Legal Receptionist/ Office Services Assistant - Prestigious Law firm are seeking a Corporate Receptionist to start immediately to support their busy team. This role is full time and would suit a student who can work full time only.
  • Litigation/ Dispute Resolution - Our client is seeking an experienced senior legal secretary to work within a busy litigation team. Great hourly rate on offer! Immediate Start. Short term assignment.
  • Legal Accounts Receivable Clerk - We are seeking an experience legal accounts clerk who understands trust accounts, billing, AP, AR etc. Short term assignment to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities

In any of these roles, you'll be a crucial part of an excellent and high-performing team, assisting with general administrative tasks such as:

  • File and matter management
  • Court documents preparation
  • Document drafting and editing

The Perfect Candidate

To be successful in any of these roles, you will need prior legal experience. You will have excellent IT skills, including great working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook. In addition, you will:

  • Have a high level of attention to detail
