Job summary

Gilbert + Tobin is seeking a Legal Informatics Manager to lead electronic discovery, document management, data rooms and related legal tech services for the firm's lawyers and clients.

You will oversee large-scale reviews in Relativity, manage processing workflows, and drive AI-assisted review initiatives while establishing scalable best-practice workflows and ensuring timely delivery within budgets.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading large-scale eDiscovery or legal tech matters.
• Strong understanding of eDiscovery processes, workflows, QC and requirements.
• Ability to lead end-to-end matters per the EDRM model.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience supervising technical staff and allocating work.
• Capable of scoping work and delivering on time and budget targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of large-scale document reviews in Relativity.
• Manage eDiscovery processing workflows, data collection, QC and data transfers.
• Lead use of Relativity aiR and other AI-assisted tools, incl. workflow design.
• Design and improve best-practice workflows for reviews, investigations and data rooms.
• Advise on Harvey vault setups and other tech-enabled workflows.
• Provide technical support for Courts/Inquiries and coordinate team delivery.
• Manage due diligence AI tools, virtual data rooms and deal rooms.
• Identify opportunities to automate and optimize through scripting and integrations.
