Egis is seeking a Legal Counsel or Law Clerk to support our Legal, Ethics & Compliance team across Australian and New Zealand projects. You will review contracts, ensure compliance and manage risk while advising stakeholders, with opportunities to work on major projects and disputes.

Opportunities exist in Melbourne, Sydney and Newcastle offices with flexible full-time or part-time options. You will train business teams and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver practical

Qualifikationen

• 0–2 years PQE in law.
• Experience in contract law and ability to manage contract negotiations.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
• A resilient team player, with a can-do attitude.
• Relevant rights to live and work in Australia full-time.

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for aLegal Counselor Law Clerk to join the EgisLegal, Ethics & Compliance teamservicing Egis’ Australian and New Zealand projects.

In this role, you will provide legal support across contract reviews, compliance and risk management while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.This includes the review of design and construction contracts, subcontract agreements, software licencing and software as a service contract and providing training on legal issues to the broader business.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills, with a view to working on major projects, disputes, insurances and other key areas for the business.With positions open in ourSydney, Melbourne and Newcastle offices come join the team!
