Aussie Broadband is seeking a commercially minded Legal Counsel in Sydney to support contract negotiations, governance and regulatory matters. You will advise across multiple business units, helping manage risk while enabling commercial outcomes.
In this 12-month maximum-term role you will draft and review customer contracts, procurement agreements, licenses and other commercial agreements, deliver practical legal guidance, and contribute to governance activities including board support.

As part of our Legal team, you'll work closely with stakeholders across the business, providing practical legal advice that supports commercial outcomes while appropriately managing risk.
This role offers the opportunity to gain exposure to a broad range of commercial, corporate and governance matters while partnering with teams across Enterprise & Government, Wholesale, Business, Marketing, Projects, Risk & Compliance, Strategy, and senior leadership.
