TechnologyOne is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to provide practical, commercially focused legal guidance across customer, commercial, and corporate transactions. You will work closely with Sales, Consulting and Management, negotiating complex IT agreements and supporting tenders, procurements and contract approvals.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years PQE in-house, can advise on risk, privacy, IP and employment matters, and collaboratively support global Legal teams while driving process

Qualificações

• 5+ years PQE in an in-house legal role.
• Strong experience negotiating complex commercial IT agreements.
• Experience advising customers, partners and internal stakeholders on legal matters.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

We're looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to join our team and provide practical, commercially focused legal guidance, advice and support across customer, commercial and corporate transactions, as well as a broad range of legal matters impacting the business.

This is a great opportunity for a lawyer who enjoys being close to the business, working collaboratively with stakeholders and finding practical solutions to complex legal and commercial challenges.

We're looking for someone who doesn't simply follow established processes, but looks for ways to make them better. You'll contribute to continuous improvement across legal processes, systems and ways of working, with a focus on improving efficiency, managing costs and delivering practical outcomes for the business.

What you'll do

• Provide legal advice across customer, partner and third-party contracts.

• Experience advising customers, partners and internal stakeholders on legal matters.
• Confident working with Management, Sales, Consulting and Technical teams.
• Able to work independently and autonomously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
