Mills Oakley is seeking a client-focused Legal Assistant to support our Sydney Financial Services team. You will work alongside lawyers specialising in funds and financial services regulation, assisting fund managers, global financial institutions, investment managers and other corporate clients.

Responsibilities
- Supporting a small team of lawyers
- Pro -active management of General administrative duties
- Undertaking standard training on firm IT systems
- Answering calls, assisting with client enquiries and business development initiatives
- Formatting of legal documents and proposal documents
- Billing, filing, and matter management
- Opening and closing files, client onboarding and diary management
- Arranging trainings, team and client events
