An exciting full-time opportunity has arisen for a Legal Assistant work in our Sydney Insurance practice.

The Role

Supporting a busy team, you will display a willingness to learn and have experience in litigation from within a fast paced and ideally high volume law practice group. You will be regarded as an integral member who will provide superior administrative support and a variety of ad hoc duties.

Responsibilities will include the following:

• Opening and closing of files
• Preparing legal documents
• Online court filing
• Billing
• File management
• Diary management
• Preparation and reconciliation of expenses
• Client liaison and management
• PA duties as required.

Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years Legal/Personal Assistant experience with excellent communication and diary management skills, with a client service focus. You will be proficient in MS Word and formatting, and have the ability to prioritise tasks, display initiative, and have exceptional attention to detail. A professional outlook, backed by a great sense of humour would see you fit in well with the team. The core office hours are 8.30am to 5pm, however extra hours may be required when necessary.
