Acknowledge Education Pty Ltd in Melbourne seeks a Lecturer for the Master of Social Work (Qualifying) to develop, improve, and deliver the program while ensuring compliance with the Higher Education Standards Framework. You will map units and provide a high-quality, student-centred experience.

The role requires a PhD or Master with extensive teaching and curriculum development experience, plus strong industry engagement.

Qualifications

PhD in Social Work or equivalent (completed or in progress) with relevant teaching experience.
Experience in developing tertiary curricula and teaching materials.
Eligibility for professional association where applicable (AASW in Australia).

Responsibilities

Develop and conduct face-to-face teaching and student engagement sessions and learning materials.
Develop learning materials including study guides, webinars, and assessment instructions for assigned subjects.
Provide study assistance to students via face-to-face, LMS, phone, or email.
Encourage student engagement in their studies.
Mark assessments in accordance with policies.
Identify at-risk students and establish individual learning plans as needed.
Maintain subject sites on the Learning Management System.
