Job summary

The Australian National University Law School in Canberra invites applications for four continuing Lecturer (Level B) or Senior Lecturer (Level C) positions. This is a remarkable opportunity for early- to mid-career researchers to join a world-leading law school.

We seek scholars who can contribute to teaching in Equity & Trusts, Property, Contracts, Administrative Law and International Law, while engaging in high-impact research and policy-relevant activities within ANU’s vibrant community.

Qualifications

• LLB with honours (or equivalent) and a (conferred) PhD in law or a cognate discipline.
• Successful candidates will reside in Canberra.
• Appointment to Lecturer (Level B) or Senior Lecturer (Level C) depending on attributes and experience.
• Four new colleagues to be appointed.

Responsibilities

• Teach Equity & Trusts, Property, Contracts, Administrative Law and International Law.
• Contribute to teaching and research at ANU Law School.
• Engage with government, the judiciary, the legal profession and civil society.
