CQUniversity is seeking a motivated Lecturer in Paramedicine to shape the next generation of paramedics. The role involves delivering high-quality learning experiences across lectures, simulations, and clinical activities on campus and in the field.

You will contribute to curriculum development, coordinate units, and support students to meet unit and course objectives, benefiting from modern facilities and strong professional networks.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Paramedicine; postgraduate qualifications highly regarded.
• Teaching qualification or willingness to complete Graduate Certificate in Tertiary Teaching / Education.
• Experience contributing to curriculum development and applying flexible modes of delivery.
• Experience teaching and supervising undergraduate and postgraduate students across multiple learning environments.
• Strong ability to engage with industry partners, community stakeholders and professional networks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster team collaboration.
• Experience in development and delivery of clinical simulation (low to high fidelity) is desirable.

Position Requirements

• Completion of an undergraduate degree in Paramedicine, with postgraduate qualifications highly regarded.
• Teaching qualification or willingness to complete a Graduate Certificate in Tertiary Teaching / Education.
• Proven ability to contribute to curriculum development, writing and evaluation, particularly using flexible modes of delivery.
• Experience teaching and supervising undergraduate and postgraduate students, across a range of learning environments.
• Strong capacity to engage and collaborate effectively with industry partners, community stakeholders, and professional networks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to contribute positively to team culture and academic collaboration.
• Experience in the development and delivery of low to high-fidelity clinical simulation (highly desirable).
