Job summary

Blu by Adcorp is seeking workers for a client in Gunnedah, NSW. This permanent, full-time role starts in December 2026 and requires a minimum 38-hour week with 20 roles on offer. Starting pay is $26.44/hour Level 2 under the site EBA.

Onsite training with progression opportunities; Monday–Friday 6am–2pm, some weekend work may be required. Flexibility essential. Roles include processing hides, heavy lifting, machine operation, area cleaning, weighing pack, and working in dirty environments.

Qualifications

• Able to commit to shift times, be flexible and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Process hides/animal skins.
• Lift heavy animal skins manually.
• Clean work area and keep it tidy.
• Operate machinery as required.
• Pack and weigh animal coverings.
• Work in dirty, smelly conditions.

Blu by Adcorp is a national labour hire and sourcing specialist company. We provide a quality workforce solution to various clients and industries across Australia. Our client located in Gunnedah NSW 2380 is a specialised Wet blue Tannery.

Roles start in December 2026. 48 months of work on offer Full-Time work minimum 38 hours per week. 20 roles on offer - no experience required.

Starting pay is $26.44/hour Level 2 as per the site EBA. Additional payments or penalties are as per the Award Onsite training provided with progression opportunities. Monday to Friday, Morning shifts 6am to 2pm, some weekend work required with alternating start and finish times Flexibility to work these hours is essential.

The role

• Further processing of hides/animal skins
• Heavy lifting of animal skins
• Cleaning work area
• Machine operation
• Pack and Weigh animal coverings
• Work in dirty smelly conditions
