Job summary

Scentre Group is seeking a Leasing Executive to drive retailer acquisition and optimise leasing across Westfield destinations. You will attract and negotiate with quality retailers, curate the retail mix, and lead initiatives to ensure standout shop fit-out standards in a dynamic culture.

With 5+ years in Retail/Property leasing, you will build long-term relationships with partners and take ownership of key projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Retail/Property Leasing or similar role.
• Proven ability to develop long-term relationships with retail partners.
• Strong negotiation and leadership capabilities.

Leasing Executive

Our in-house leasing team partner with over 4,000 retail products & services to deliver the best retail experience offering for each centre and its local community.

You will be responsible for:

• Attracting and retaining quality retailers
• New and existing lease deals
• Providing an optimal retail mix
• Ensure the highest shop fit-out standards.
• Building upon the Retailer relationship to ensure a continued competitive edge.

• Demonstrated ability to develop long term relationship with retail partners. Experience working in Retail/ Property as a Leasing Executive > 5 years + minimum

• Demonstrate outstanding relationship building and leadership abilities.
