Qualifications

• Demonstrated expert knowledge of the wellbeing curriculum and evidence-based approaches that support student wellbeing, engagement and inclusion.
• Demonstrated expertise in leading MTSS with data-informed decision making and targeted interventions.
• Demonstrated ability to monitor student progress and provide feedback to students and parents.

Responsibilities

• Model excellence in teaching and learning through demonstration lessons and mentoring teachers.
• Lead and model school-wide wellbeing strategies and professional learning.
• Collaborate with staff, families and the broader school community to support student wellbeing and engagement.
• Attractively role-model the Department values and support staff in reflective practice.
