This role will take the title of Learning Lead - English & Languages. Our Learning Leads are experienced, innovative, and passionate middle school leaders.The Learning Lead has a primary leadership responsibility for the leading and management of a team of teachers in delivering exceptional, individualized, educational experiences within one or more learning areas for our students. This includes initiatives with curriculum development and contemporary pedagogies to promote rigorous student-centred learning that leads to improved learning outcomes for our students.
Along with leadership, curriculum delivery management and student management, it is expected that our Leading Lead will have an ongoing awareness of contemporary education trends, leading transformation and change management, management of staff, balancing time pressures/deadlines, and the promotion of a positive workplace culture.
