Qualifications

• Registered for or eligible for Teacher Registration in the Northern Territory (NT).
• Ochre Card current or eligible.
• First Aid current or valid.
• Specialised training in Inclusive Education, Disability, Trauma-informed Education or Gifted Education.

Responsibilities

• Work with the College of Teachers, Principal, admin and external student support services.
• Develop, document, assess and report Educational Adjustment Plans for individual students.
• Engage with incident reporting, behaviour management reporting and mandatory reporting as required.
• Develop and oversee a range of student activities including learning support and wellbeing programs.
• Communicate with parents and staff via email, phone or in person.
• Attend planning meetings and deliver staff in-services and parent information sessions as needed.
