The college is currently seeking collaborative and dedicated Teacher Aides/Learning Enrichment Officers to support learning under the direction of classroom teachers, including students with disability. Roles include behavioural support and classroom logistics to contribute to a positive learning environment.

Qualificações

• Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs, including students with disability.
• Collaborative, patient and adaptable with classroom support roles.

Responsabilidades

• Support students’ learning, development and engagement by implementing appropriate teaching strategies.
• Monitor and support student behaviour and assist with administrative tasks to help the classroom run smoothly.
• Provide one-to-one or small-group support, including for students requiring emotional regulation or behaviours of concern.

About the Role

We are currently seeking collaborative and dedicated Teacher Aides/Learning Enrichment Officers.

Working under the direction of the classroom teacher, you will support students’ learning, development and engagement by implementing appropriate teaching and learning strategies. This will include supporting students with diverse learning needs, including students with disability.

You will assist with monitoring and supporting student behaviour and undertake administrative and logistical tasks that contribute to the effective operation of the classroom. You may provide one-to-one or small-group support to students, including students who require additional assistance with emotional regulation or who may display behaviours of concern.
