WISE Employment is seeking a motivated Learning and Development (L&D) Lead - Technical. The role leads the L&D team to spearhead the technical aspects of learning initiatives within the organisation. This position requires a deep understanding of technical training methodologies, tools, and platforms to design and deliver effective learning experiences that enhance employee skills and competencies. The role focuses on the design and delivery of impactful training across all technical programs at WISE, cultivating a culture of continuous learning and proficiency among the L&D and WISE teams to contribute to organisational growth and innovation.
This role involves understanding the different platforms that WISE uses across its programs, assisting in developing training for these programs, and assessing ways that the L&D team can grow the organisation\'s technical abilities. The full cycle of training delivery is included: needs analysis, training plans, content creation, delivery, record management and evaluation.
