Job description

Are you an organised, tech-savvy administrator with a passion for learning and development? Possability Group is looking for a Learning & Development Administrator to support the smooth delivery of impactful training programs across our organisation.

About the Role

As a key member of our Learning & Development team, you’ll:

  • Coordinate training logistics including venues, materials, catering, and facilitator availability
  • Manage onboarding/offboarding training processes and LMS access for new starters
  • Maintain training records and support communication launches
  • Compile and maintain dashboards and reports on training status and completions
  • Champion ethical data use and continuous improvement in L&D processes
You’ll Work Closely With:
  • L&D Facilitators and the broader Learning & Development team
  • Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Frontline Delivery teams
  • Subject Matter Experts across the organisation
What You’ll Bring:
  • Strong admin and organisational skills, especially with Microsoft tools (SharePoint, Teams, Word)
  • Confidence using Learning Management Systems (ELMO experience preferred)
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and great communication skills
  • Commitment to ethical standards and continuous learning
