  • Supporting an organisation-wide Training Needs Analysis by collecting data through surveys and consultation with employees and leaders.
  • Supporting Instructional Designer in the creation and refining of engaging on-line learning content.
  • Assisting with the coordination and reporting of compliance training across WMQ, including preparation of reports for senior leaders.
  • Actioning enquiries received through the Halo ticketing system in a timely manner, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.
  • Providing day-to-day support to the Learning and Development team and contributing to continuous improvement of learning processes, systems, and practices.

A Valuable Addition, Yet Not a Must-Have!

Experience managing service enquiries through a ticketing system (e.g., Halo) with a focus on meeting SLAs.
