Job summary

Castle Hill Fitness and Aquatic Centre is seeking energetic instructors to deliver Learn to Swim and Pre-Squad programs, working with a systemised approach to safety and technique. You will provide hands-on coaching, ensure a safe and enjoyable environment, and uphold high professional standards.

Suitable applicants hold Auswim, Royal Life Saving, or Swim Australia qualifications (or are in the process). Benefits include access to Connect+ perks and an active, diverse workplace.

Qualifications

• Candidates must hold Aus Swim, Royal Life Saving or Swim Australia qualifications.
• Experience delivering water safety and swimming technique instruction.

Job description

Castle Hill Fitness and Aquatic Centre offers a range of aquatic programs for the whole community, including a Learn to Swim (LTS) and Pre-Squad Programs.

The role of Instructor is to provide hands-on instruction to students in developing water safety skills and swimming technique according to our acclaimed, systemised approach. A high level of professionalism and exceptional customer service is expected. Instructors provide their students with an encouraging, safe, and enjoyable experience.

We are always looking for energetic people to deliver our programs. We have roles for experienced and new instructors who must have relevant Auswim, Royal Life Saving or Swim Australia qualifications (or be in the process of obtaining them).
