Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a part-time Production Operator to support our rotating Day/Afternoon/Night shifts in Australia. The role features a base pay rate of $40.04 per hour after training and concentrates on safety, quality, and efficient production.

You will operate and monitor production equipment, perform basic maintenance, and use SAP and other IT systems to track performance. A collaborative, diverse team environment is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Experience with machine operations and lean manufacturing practices is preferred.
• Follows safety and quality standards and works well in a team.
• Able to use IT systems to support production and report issues promptly.
• Forklift licence is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety standards to maintain a safe working environment.
• Produce items to specifications and quality standards.
• Inspect finished products for quality compliance.
• Set up, operate, monitor, and adjust production machinery.
• Perform basic machine troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Utilise SAP and other IT systems in daily tasks.
• Apply lean tools to reduce losses and improve efficiency.
• Keep a clean, organized work area and collaborate with the team.
• Report issues to the shift leader or manager.
