Qualifications

• Experience in student support services within schools.
• Ability to design and implement individualised programs with teachers and families.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualised programs with teachers, parents/carers and relevant professionals.
• Document and report on student participation and progress, evaluating outcomes.
• Provide support and advice to schools on complex cases and time-sensitive decisions.
• Support schools to respond effectively to critical incidents.
• Liaise with community service organisations and hospitals regarding student support needs.
