Job summary

Col Groves Electrics Pty Ltd in Ballina, NSW is seeking a licensed Leading Hand to take charge of onsite operations for commercial projects. You will work with management to guide the team, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and high standards.

The successful candidate will hold an Electrical Contractor Licence, White Card, and open manual driver's license; leadership, communication, and a strong commitment to safety are essential; immediate start available.

Qualifications

• Current Electrical Contractor Licence is required.
• White Card (or equivalent) is required.
• Open manual driver’s license is required.
• Working at Heights/EWP is desirable but not essential.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor a team.
• Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.
• A strict commitment to safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

About the Leading Hand Role

As a licensed Leading Hand, you will take charge of onsite operations for our new and ongoing commercial projects. You will work closely with management to guide the team, ensuring all jobs are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard.

The successful candidate will have:

• Current Electrical Contractor Licence.

• White Card (or equivalent).
