We’re looking for an experienced Leading Hand Carpenter to join our team and take the lead on some of the Gold Coast’s most exciting high-end residential builds.

This is a full-time PAYG role leading a 3–4 man crew across boutique, architecturally designed homes. You’ll work alongside a supportive team that takes pride in quality craftsmanship, problem-solving on complex builds, and delivering premium finishes for our clients.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Running a small carpentry crew day-to-day

Set-out, framing, cladding, finishing work and some formwork

Building high-end architectural elements — including custom saunas

Working closely with the Site Supervisor to maintain schedule

Reporting progress and short-term plans to the Project Manager

ABOUT YOU

Minimum 7 years’ carpentry experience — ideally with luxury or architectural homes

Strong ability to lead a small team and uphold high standards on-site

Confident interpreting plans and building to a high level of detail

A genuine pride in your craft and a no-nonsense approach to quality

Someone who thrives in a well-run team with good people and good work
