About the role

As Leader, Integration, DevOps and Environments, you’ll lead a team within Member Platforms, providing leadership and guidance while driving successful delivery outcomes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Drive the design, development and delivery of integration solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee integration infrastructure and testing, supporting reliable and effective technology outcomes.
  • Partner with stakeholders, business teams and vendors to build strong relationships, solve issues and deliver successful outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement, keeping pace with evolving integration technologies, trends and best practices.
  • Monitor performance and risk, establish meaningful reporting and provide clear insights to senior leadership and relevant stakeholders.
About you

You’re an experienced technology leader who combines strong people leadership with technical knowledge and a practical, collaborative approach to delivery.

You’ll bring:

  • Strong people leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, including experience troubleshooting complex integration issues.
  • Experience with integration technologies and software development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of integration architecture, patterns and best practices.
  • Experience with API management and agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with integration and containerisation platforms such as MuleSoft and OpenShift, together with DevOps experience, will be highly regarded.
