Job summary

XPT SoftwareAustralia PTY Ltd in Sydney, NSW, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to own full-stack and mobile development within an AI-enabled lifecycle. You will build web and mobile apps using React and React Native and ship production-grade features, collaborating across product, design, QA, and DevOps.

The role requires at least 5 years of experience, strong cross-functional skills, and familiarity with AI-assisted development, REST/GraphQL, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven ability to design, develop and ship web and mobile applications using React and React Native.
• Experience applying AI-enabled SDLC concepts (AI-assisted specs, copilots, automated testing, CI/CD).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web and mobile applications using React and React Native.
• Apply AI-enabled SDLC practices across the full development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Own features end-to-end: architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Mentor junior engineers in technical delivery and AI-assisted workflows.
