Solar Install Co is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Coordinator to keep materials flowing for daily solar and HVAC installations. You’ll ensure deliveries are received, stock accurately tracked, and crews have what they need to get on site.

This full-time role suits someone reliable, organised and proactive, with good communication across trades and office staff. Forklift licence is advantageous in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual and organised.
• Proactive and able to work without constant supervision.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced trade environment.
• Physically capable of performing warehouse duties.
• Good at communicating with tradespeople and office staff.
• Able to take ownership and responsibility for their role.
• Confident using basic computer systems for stock and job management.
• Forklift licence would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, checking and putting away deliveries
• Picking and preparing materials for upcoming Solar & HVAC installations
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and running efficiently
• Managing stock levels and completing regular stocktakes
• Organising tools, equipment and consumables
• Loading and unloading vehicles and deliveries
• Coordinating materials for installation teams
• Identifying and reporting low or missing stock
• Managing returns, faulty equipment and warranty items
• Helping maintain company vehicles, trailers and warehouse equipment
