Job summary

New Lambton Vet Clinic is seeking a qualified Veterinary Nurse to join our friendly, dedicated team on a part-time basis, providing exceptional patient care across consultations, surgery, anaesthesia and hospital cases.

You will support veterinarians and the nursing team, contribute to day-to-day operations, and mentor junior colleagues as needed, while developing your skills within a progressive clinic environment. Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing and 4 years’ experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent).
• Minimum 4 years’ veterinary nursing experience.
• Confident working across all aspects of general practice nursing.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for teamwork.
• A desire to grow and progress your career.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with consultations, surgery, anaesthesia, and hospital cases
• Supporting our veterinarians and nursing team with day-to-day clinic operations
