Job summary

CareCone Group is seeking a Lead Systems Analyst to work on a federal client project based in Canberra, ACT. The role requires 3–5 years of experience with IBM Sterling products, hands-on integration experience with Sterling and related components, and proven ability to deliver projects to quality standards.

The successful candidate will lead a team, mentor staff, and develop design documentation for technical teams. Australian citizenship and NV1 clearance are required.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience with IBM Sterling products.
• Experience delivering projects within quality standards.
• Strong knowledge of integration technologies including Sterling, Sterling Integrator and Sterling B2B.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team and mentor junior staff to transfer skills.
• Prepare design documentation for use by technical staff and ensure alignment with SOA principles.

• .Demonstrated knowledge and experience in preparing design documentation for use by other technical staff.
• .Demonstrated experience in service-oriented architecture, including design and operational support.
• .A high degree of organisational and time management skills, including demonstrated ability to meet priorities and work to tight deadlines. Demonstrated experience in leading a team and the ability to mentor and transfer skills.
