Job summary

A staffing agency is seeking a motivated Lead Storeperson to join their client’s team in Darwin, NT. This full-time position involves hands-on daily warehouse operations and leadership responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, hold a current Forklift licence, and have strong organisational and communication skills. You will play a key part in ensuring accurate supply chain operations and maintaining safety and standards in the warehouse.

Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse or stores leadership experience will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, store, pick, pack, and dispatch goods accurately and on time.
  • Lead, support, and motivate a small warehouse team.
  • Maintain stock accuracy through regular stocktakes and variance investigations.
  • Keep the warehouse safe, organised, and hazard-free.
  • Assist with scheduling and delivery coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with OHS and safe handling procedures.

Job description

CELOTTI WORKFORCE is seeking a motivated Lead Storeperson to join our client’s team in Darwin, NT. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a hands-on role across daily warehouse operations, with the chance to step up into leadership and scheduling responsibilities.

You’ll play a key part in ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, maintaining inventory control, and upholding a safe, well-organised warehouse. Around 85% of your time will be hands-on (receiving, picking/packing, dispatch, stock control, customer loading), with the remaining 15% focused on scheduling, paperwork, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, store, pick, pack, and dispatch goods accurately and on time.
  • Lead, support, and motivate a small warehouse team.
  • Maintain stock accuracy through regular stocktakes and variance investigations.
  • Keep the warehouse safe, organised, and hazard-free.

Our Ideal Candidate
