Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Head Stockperson, Senior Station Hand, or similar role within a large-scale beef cattle operation.
• Commitment to workplace safety and animal welfare.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily mustering activities.
• Ensure compliance with all company OHS policies and Safe Work Procedures.
• Monitor livestock health, condition, and pasture quality.
