Australian Agricultural Company is seeking a Head Stockperson to join Montejinni Station in the Victoria River District. You will lead a stockcamp, coordinate mustering, processing and movements, and uphold high animal welfare standards while driving performance across livestock and people.

You will coach team members, monitor health, maintain records, and contribute to station works programs. Strong cattle handling, horse riding, and biosecurity knowledge are essential.

Competenze

• Previous experience as a Leading Hand or Head Stockperson within a pastoral operation.
• Strong cattle handling, horse-riding and animal husbandry skills.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop people.
