Job summary

Dubbo RSL Club Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Sous Chef / Senior Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. This role works closely with the Executive Chef to ensure day‑to‑day operations run smoothly and consistently high standards are maintained.

Sponsorship is not available for this position. You will lead, train and support the kitchen team, oversee staff rostering and assist with menu development while maintaining food safety and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen operations.
• Confident in cooking and food preparation.
• Willing to lead, train and supervise kitchen staff.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Understanding of budgeting, food costing and cost control.

• Assist the Executive Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations.
