Lead a team, set technical direction, and deliver scalable applications using C#/.NET and Azure. You’ll collaborate with product and business stakeholders to turn requirements into efficient solutions and champion CI/CD and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• Significant commercial software development experience.
• Strong experience with C# and the .NET ecosystem.
• Experience leading, mentoring or developing software engineering teams.
• Solid understanding of software architecture and design principles.
• Experience delivering solutions in Microsoft Azure or another major cloud platform.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A pragmatic approach to technology — you know when to innovate and when to keep things simple.
• A passion for building quality software and developing high-performing engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software developers, fostering strong engineering practices and continuous improvement.
• Provide technical direction across software development projects and initiatives.
• Design and develop scalable applications using the Microsoft technology stack.
• Work closely with product, business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Champion modern software engineering practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, code quality and DevOps.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and establish development standards and patterns.
• Review code and provide technical guidance to the development team.
• Help drive the adoption of cloud technologies and modern engineering approaches.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and developer productivity.
• Balance hands-on development with leadership, coaching and technical decision-making.
