Care GP in Sydney is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join the founding team and work directly with the Founder to build and scale our AI-powered platform from 1→10 and beyond.

You will own architecture, systems, and product direction, ship fast, and see real-world impact in clinics. This is a high-ownership role for engineers with 2–6 years in startup or high-growth environments, focusing on full‑stack or backend development and a passion for AI and healthcare.

Formación

• 2–6 years experience in startup or high-growth environment preferred.
