Job summary

Fetch Recruitment is partnering with a well-regarded WA builder to recruit a Site Manager for a $20 million government school project in Perth. You will own day-to-day site operations, lead from the front, coordinate subcontractors and trades, and drive delivery to program and quality standards.

The role involves working with the Project Manager and Contract Administrator to ensure safe, efficient site performance, with Procore used for records and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering commercial projects.
• Experience on government/education facilities is highly regarded.
• Strong leadership, planning and organisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site delivery, safety, quality, programming and logistics.
• Coordinate subcontractors and trades to maintain productivity.
• Manage sequencing and short-term lookahead programs.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and government requirements.
• Oversee QA, inspections, defects and handover.
• Work with Project Manager and Contract Administrator to meet objectives.
• Maintain accurate site records and documentation using Procore.
