Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in mining or shutdown environments.
• Proven experience with bulk material handling equipment (e.g. crushers, feeders, scrubbers, belt filters, pumps).
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills; Microsoft Project exposure desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead shutdown crews with a hands-on approach.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to build strong working relationships.
• Scope pre-shutdown works to ensure safe and timely execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company KPIs.
• Provide tools, resources, and guidance to ensure successful project delivery.
• Complete post-shutdown reporting, including timesheets and project close-out.
