You will work with cross-functional teams, confirm material readiness, and lead fortnightly schedule reviews to maximise tool time and production efficiency, delivering value while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in short-term maintenance scheduling in oil and gas or resources environments.
• Strong understanding of execution scheduling, resource levelling and maintenance compliance requirements.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain schedule integrity under operational pressure.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across site and Brisbane-based teams.
• Commitment to safety, continuous improvement and delivering efficient maintenance outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, refine and accept execution schedules, ensuring all scheduled work is confirmed as planned and ready to execute.
• Ensure minimum planning standards are met before work is scheduled and that only planned and approved work orders are included in schedules.
• Confirm material readiness prior to scheduling, including bagging and tagging.
• Schedule work to the day, aligned with SWPP permit planning requirements.
• Optimise the two-weekly schedule for production utilisation and resource levelling, including common services such as cranes and work platforms.
• Ensure Safety Critical Maintenance, preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance compliance targets are met.
• Maintain ready and identifiable filler work to maximise tool time when scheduled work is delayed or unavailable.
• Lead fortnightly draft schedule review meetings and schedule close-out reviews.
• Participate in Gate 3 Execution Readiness Reviews and support campaign event close-out.
• Escalate Priority 1 and Priority 2 work orders that have exceeded their late-finish date.
