Tamworth Community Aged Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to supervise and guide a team of Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Assistants. You will deliver compassionate, resident-centered care while supporting a values-driven workplace.

This permanent role requires AHPRA registration, excellent communication, leadership and teamwork, and a commitment to continuous improvement in aged care. A not-for-profit setting emphasizes collaboration and employee wellbeing.

Formación

• Lead and supervise a team of ENs and PCAs to deliver resident-centred care.
• Collaborate with the care team to plan and review care plans.
• Ensure high-quality, compliant care and patient safety.

• Mentor and develop junior staff and supervise student placements.
