Talison Lithium Pty Ltd. in Greenbushes seeks a Senior Resource Geologist to lead Mineral Resource estimation, geological modelling, resource classification and reporting for the Greenbushes Lithium Operation, ensuring inputs support safe, economical and environmentally responsible mining.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in resource geology, mine geology or exploration geology with MSR estimation experience.
• Lithium/pegmatite or complex ore body modelling experience.
• Strong knowledge of JORC Code, resource classification and public reporting.
• Advanced geostatistics, domaining, variography and model validation skills.
• Proficiency with Leapfrog, Datamine, Surpac, Vulcan or Micromine.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for Mineral Resource estimation, geological modelling and resource governance for Greenbushes operation.
• Prepare and validate interpretations, domaining, wireframes, block models and estimation parameters.
• Ensure MSR estimates comply with JORC and Talison governance requirements.
• Maintain geological databases, QA/QC, and estimation workflows.
• Lead reconciliation of resource models with grade control, mining and processing outcomes.
• Input geological and resource model data into life-of-mine planning, pit optimisation and mine design.
• Collaborate with mine geology, exploration, planning, metallurgy and processing teams.
• Integrate geometallurgical characteristics into resource models and ore delivery strategies.
