Qualifications

Postgraduate qualification and substantial relevant work experience in supporting responsible conduct of research in the higher education sector.
Ability to interpret legislation, regulations and guidelines for varied stakeholders.
Proven experience in complaints management, investigations and reporting.
Commitment to service excellence and timely issue resolution.
Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and support the management of research integrity concerns and investigations.
