Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Social Sciences, Public Health, Data Science).
• 8+ years' experience managing or delivering research or evaluation projects.
• Experience with mixed-methods and behaviour change theory.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee research/evaluation projects delivered by external providers.
• Review methodologies, instruments, and ethical protocols.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with ethical standards (HREC).
• Maintain data integrity and align with strategic priorities.
• Translate findings into clear insights for campaigns and reports.
• Develop and track campaign KPIs to guide decisions.
• Manage procurement, contracts, budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Support governance through groups, risk management, and escalation.
