My Dementia Companion in Australia seeks a highly motivated, mission-driven individual to help reinvent dementia care. You will work directly with the CEO on strategic projects, partnering with care and service providers to understand gaps in dementia care.

This early-stage startup offers flexible work arrangements and the chance to shape national and global impact, building networks with stakeholders in government, research, and industry.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of practical dementia care experience in health or aged care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Grow impact by working with the CEO on various projects.
• Partner with care and service providers to understand their dementia care gaps.
• Close the gap through innovative thinking and how My Dementia Companion can help.
• Support the team to gather feedback from users to improve My Dementia Companion and strategies.
• Engage with senior stakeholders in government, research and industry.
