Job summary

FuturLab is seeking a Lead QA for the PowerWash Simulator 2 team. The candidate will be highly organized, proactive and ensure QA teams are assigned effectively.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in lead or management QA positions.
• 5+ years in QA positions.
• Experience working closely with production, tech, art and design departments.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of first-party certification requirements (MS/Sony/Nintendo).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate execution of daily QA strategy across 6 platforms and multiple branches.
• Collaborate with discipline leads to improve pipelines.
• Coordinate with LiveOps to ensure content drops are tested.
• Provide updates on product health, critical bugs, and delivery risks.
• Supervise QA team and train where required.
• Identify opportunities to flag and mitigate risks early.
• Support QA Manager in maintaining QA processes and standards.
